With or without the blur on the truck?
This one had a very smooth work process. Lots of details so click it. I will probably mess with some of the values surrounding the main characters but otherwise it's finished. The red truck in the foreground creates room for text.

hmmmmmmmmmm... without.
I like it!
i'd say with for the depth it creates, but without for consistency.
kudos!

without.. but maybe a few subtle speed lines can help? if it is a question of creating depth, I guess making the truck somewhat darker would help.
great drawing! like the cars
OK without. I've tried some methods of implying the truck is in full motion but I haven't really found one that works. I'll mess with value though. See where that gets me.
late, but I'm with the 'borough.
Without, IMHO. Good work!
I'd say without is more comfortable for the eye.
without, great work
Great work!Without blur:)
WITH!!!!
I like to be among the few ;:OD)
I would say: without!:-) Great work!
if the truck has blur, everything moving should have blur, kind of strange to have a blurry truck and a razor sharp jumping kid... no?
