Moby Dick

I made this one for the MEIC show in the Freeport Library. I love the theme and the deadline this shows provided. Once i settled on a vertical frame, I finalized the composition quickly. The white whale was intended to provide some room for copy. The biggest hurdle was getting it printed and the final print ended up slightly fuzzy and overly dark. Click for details.

I love this, Wouter! Are you selling prints? Moby Dick is in my top 10 favorite American novels. Good to see you today.

Thanks, Nicole.
It was nice to sit down and discuss the project. I love Moby Dick by the way. It's so epic it just needs to get illustrated.

Oh, I'm not selling prints but there have been some requests so i might look into that.
